It’s you. On purpose.
You see the need—for something different, for something new, for something better.
You might be exhausted by daily struggles of leadership. Or see the team in constant crisis, where no amount of effort seems to be enough. Or feel like there has to be more than this life.
You wonder how to steward your life and work in a way that’s calm, grounded, and strategic. You want more. Clarity. Peace. Ease. Joy.
As a nonprofit executive, I have lived through these very challenges. I discovered I could be a conduit for a better way, helping those around me align who they are with the change they want. Now, as a coach, I leverage years of experience and training to join you on your journey, reaching what’s next and caring for your whole self.
Your first step brought you here. Whether it’s with me or another coach, you’re ready to find your better next stage—to remember that you have the wisdom to figure out how to live your best life.
I invite you to sign up for a free 45-minute session to share where you are, what you’re seeking, and see if we’re a good fit.
A partner to walk alongside.
I coach senior leaders in nonprofit, educational, and social change organizations. My approach is to help strengthen leaders in these spaces so you can be effective and ethical, with an impact that is enduring.
I also coach people who want to define the next step in their career. It might be a moment to take on more responsibility and risk, but the path is unclear. Or it might be time to step back and create more balance. Either way, I’m here to walk with you in that process.
I approach one-on-one coaching with an understanding of what it takes to create lasting change. We are humans navigating a complex time. It takes discernment of needs and goals, envisioning what could be, balancing priorities, focusing our energies and, perhaps most importantly, courage.
Daunting? Yes. But possible.
I come with a few beliefs that center our work together:
We have what we need within us to chart a better path: the creativity, the resources and the grit.
Our truths have the power to unlock doors.
Our engagement is a safe place to be uncommonly truthful, even when it might make us uncomfortable.
We walk this path together, and our partnership matters. It’s why we check for fit, and check-in to make sure we stay aligned.
About Kit
I’m drawn to change. Whether as CEO, directing strategic communication and fundraising or as a person, I’ve worked through critical transition points.
For over 25 years, I’ve held essential roles with:
Tackling multi-generational trauma and poverty
Advocating for LGBTQ+ rights and community-led philanthropy
Preventing domestic and gender-based violence
Advocating for faith-informed justice
Championing wilderness, wild lands and environmental justice
Disrupting the school-to-prison pipeline
Strengthening educational access and economic mobility
What unites all of these areas is the human story within them, and the power of creative, determined people, to make positive lasting change.
I have dedicated myself to creating a more equitable world. In this world, we all thrive when dreams are not deferred and when we add weight to the arc of the moral universe to help it bend toward justice. I believe that together we can create a world where the dignity of every human is honored.
