Tuning in to What’s True

After decades of nonprofit leadership, I took 100 days to practice what I've been cultivating all along: how to slow down and tune into what's true.

Now, I’m excited to share what I’ve learned about finding your unique signal amid all the noise as I embark on a new chapter as a life and leadership coach.

In my tweens, I spent a week each summer hanging out on a beach with my best friend and her family. We had a choice of two music stations—pop or rock. Hear your station from across the beach, and you know you’ve found your friends!

Those summer days came to mind as I reflected on what I can contribute to this world of ours in my next chapter. For the good and the bad of it, we’re long past being limited to two radio stations. We’re bombarded by endless options that can make navigating life and work extremely challenging.

There are different ways to take the time to tune into your signal. That’s why I’m launching Kit Briem Consulting to help people dial into a wavelength that feels true. I’m here to support people so they can hear through the static that arises when they ask questions like,

  • What’s most important to me?

  • How do I lead with authenticity?

  • How do I sustain myself when the world is so chaotic?

  • Where do I find joy?

  • Ultimately, what do I want to do and who do I want to be?

I look forward to helping individuals dial into a signal that is unique, powerful, and clear.
